Strides: Well, I've kind of fallen off the wagon. I have lots of excuses. If you're interested, let me know, and I can tell you all about it. :) I've still been trying to eat right/light. I also started back on the treadmill before I got sick. I want to figure out how to fit that into my schedule on a regular basis.
Stumbles: It's been a long time since I posted, and I've only lost 0.6 pounds. Not stellar. I also feel flabbier. UGH!!! We're coming up on pie season, so I need to get my butt in gear.
Goals: Post my weight once per week until the end of this competition. Get on the treadmill at least 3 times per week. I'm not even halfway to my goal weight -- I still need to lose 6.2 pounds. :(

Weekly Update: Toula
Pounds lost this week: no loss...but also no gain
Total pounds lost to date: 14
Your percentage of total weight loss: 8.3
Strides: Umm...I ate fairly healthy, minus the burger and fries at lunch today
Stumbles: Dodgeball on Thursdays has been my only workout, and that lasts about 10 minutes max. A LOT of Diet Coke and eating out for lunch when I'm at clients.
A weekly goal for yourself: Drink more water. Work out -- for real.

Weekly Update: The Bride
- Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 2.1
- Your percentage of total weight loss: .9%
- Strides & Stumbles: Have no fear, I'm alive. Its taken this long in the school year for me to get adjusted and actually have time to think about working out and eating right. Also with the weather taking a turn for the better (knock on wood) I have much more time to myself to workout. So I'm back on the wagon. I worked out 3 times this week.... it felt good!! It is a great school stress reliever. My wedding dress was ordered and arrived the past week...another great reason to get on the treadmill. As of now, it fits perfectly... so I wanna see how I can change in the next 9 months... 9 MONTHS, is all I have as of this Saturday till the big day! I've been eating healthier lunches and drinking tea instead of pop.
- A weekly goal for yourself: Drink more water. Exercise at least 5 times.

I'm back and I'm serious baby.
So after a small sabbatical So after a small sabbatical and fighting off
several illnesses, I'm back in the game. Mostly because I have a large
side bet going with the bride, and I'm sick of feeling like crap. I
just feel better on a day to day basis when I work out regularly. My dress
pants that I wear on a daily basis used to fit very nicely, maybe even be a
little big and now I suck in to button, hook, and zip. The high waist of said
dress pants can no longer cover up the snow tire sized muffin issue I got
going on. I got no plan this time, but it's going to involve winning that bet!!

Strides: My mother had to take IN a pair of pants while she was here this weekend! My pull up bar finally came in the mail, so I have rededicated myself to Tony. Also, I'm not buying crap at the grocery store and have replaced ground beef with turkey in everything.
Stumbles: Too many beers this weekend and nachos late on Saturday (but they did have fresh avocado slices on top.) I'm not working out enough. Having free Diet Coke at the office abolished the one pop a day rule.
A weekly goal for yourself: Drink more water. Work out when I get home everyday.

Weekly Weigh-In: The Mrs.
- Your starting weight: 137.2
- Your weight last week: 137.2
- Your current weight: 136.2
- Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 1.0
- Your percentage of total weight loss: .73%
- Strides & Stumbles: I know I've been preaching the "It's not about the reading on the scale but how I feel about myself that's important" sermon. Well, guess what? That's a load of bull because after multiple weeks of exercise and admittedly half-hearted attempts at a diet I'm more than a little annoyed that to date I'm only down one pound. I want to see 130, damn it! That being said, I am pleased with the changes I'm seeing even if the scale is being a catty who-ur. I've been working out five days a week for the last three weeks, implemented a weekly run in on either Saturdays or Sundays, and have tried to do my ab workout at least three nights a week. Of course today I'm incredibly sore after a Wii Boxing throwdown with my mom & Shortcake, so maybe all this working out isn't doing as much I thought. Although I'm not eating horribly (minus three trips to a fast food restaurant last weekend) there's DEFINITE room for improvement. I'm a broken record, but I need to intake more water, fruits & veggies.
- A weekly goal for yourself: Workout five days this week. More water. At least two fruits/veggies a day. Continue ab routine (crunches, etc.). HEALTHIER EATING! (Do you sense I'm on repeat here?)
Weekly Weigh-In: Katie

- Your weight last week: 137
- Your current weight: 136
- Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 4
- Your percentage of total weight loss: 2.86%
- Strides & Stumbles: I haven't done anything that's good for me. Too much tail-gating, absolutely no exercising, I've basically been worthless. My only positive is that I've been so busy, I hardly have time to eat, so I'm still somehow losing weight. But I'm starting to feel lethargic and it's time to get my butt back into gear. I went to the gym tonight and ran 3 miles and it felt great!
- A weekly goal for yourself: Make it to the gym a couple of times to get some more runs in. Also, do some ab workouts, as my tummy is starting to feel a bit soft. Eat at least semi-healthy over the weekend. And NO BEER!

Weekly Weigh-In: Toula
Pounds lost this week: 1.5
Total pounds lost to date: 13
Your percentage of total weight loss: 7.4
Strides: I'm eating smaller portions and more well balanced meals. I'm also eating breakfast everyday which seems to help, who knew? All my dress pants for work - which were snug last year - are too big.
Stumbles: I couldn't tell you the last time I worked out. Does walking around the office and up and down my apartment stairs count? Waking up at 5:00am and getting home between 6 and 7pm makes me go home, eat dinner, and go to bed. I'm hoping once my body adjusts to my new, grown-up schedule, I'll be able to work out when I get home.
A weekly goal for yourself: Get back on the P90X bus.

- Your weight last week: 138
- Your current weight: 137
- Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 3
- Your percentage of total weight loss: 2.14%
- Strides & Stumbles: Ugh. Only ran once... and it was not a good run. No yoga, no ab workouts. Ate lots of crap and drank an obscene amount of beer over the weekend... only lost a pound bc I've been too busy to eat since Sunday night. Bad week. Was lazy, didn't make time for running, and just lost motivation. This whole getting dark early thing is really screwing with me.
- A weekly goal for yourself: Do anything. I need to run a few times, and it'd be nice to get a run in during our visit to Mitch and Tina this weekend. I fear for what I'll eat in the Northlands as Tina always has goodies prepared. Honestly... I'll do whatever Gizmo tells me to do.

Weekly Update: Toula
Pounds lost this week: 2.5
Total pounds lost to date: 11.5Your percentage of total weight loss: 6.8
Strides: I'm continuing to lose weight, somehow. Since moving, I walk to more places. I have started to eat breakfast everyday and lighter meals for lunch.
Stumbles: The only time I saw Tony Horton this week was on late night infomercials which means I did not work out at all. So much for my goal last week. I dug into some mini Snickers and Twix bars. I neglected the one-pop-a-day rule. I need the caffeine. Studying for the CPA Exam I'm taking Friday is consuming my life, and the stress is building.
A weekly goal for yourself: Focus on my exam, then get back to Tony every day. Lay off the chocolate and drink more water.
Weekly Update: The Mrs.

- Your current weight: 135.6
- Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 1.6
- Your percentage of total weight loss: 1.17%
- Strides & Stumbles: I've been committed to my workouts, getting in at least 20 minutes of exercise at least five days a week for the past two weeks. The scale doesn't really reflect the (small) changes I see when I look in the mirror, but I'm okay with that. If I can look good (and feel good) in my dress at our friends' wedding this weekend, does it really matter what the scale is reading? Although the exercising is going in the right direction my diet is not. I'm struggling with that part of Operation Less Jiggly all around.
- A weekly goal for yourself: Workout five days this week. More water. At least two fruits/veggies a day. Start daily ab routine (crunches, etc.). HEALTHIER EATING!
Weekly Update: Mr. MC
Start weight 212.5
Last week 211.8
This week 211.3
Total lost 1.2 or .56%
Stumbles - I have really been focusing on my fantasy team instead of my fantasy weight.....
Strides....well you will have to ask the Mrs. or her brother
Weekly Update: Ashley Olson
Can this be my BYE week? Or, can I use my mulligan?
Strides: None
Stumbles: not focused on anything when it came to OGLJWI. So….everything proved to be a stumble
Goal for this week: Get back on track.
Weekly Update: Mitch
I have been neglecting my Gettin’ Less Jiggly With It updates, but I have been weighing in every week. So far I have re-gained the one pound I lost in Week 1 but I have also been out of town for work for 2.5 weeks. During that time I have been eating a majority of meals out and haven’t gained any weight. That is encouraging and when I get home on Friday I hope that I can settle into a good routine.
Weekly Update: Mrs. MC
Starting Weight: 138.2
Last Week's Weight: 136
Current Weight: 134.8
Amount Lost This Last Week: 1.2
Overall Weight Loss: 3.4
Percentage: 2.46%
Strides: I finally lost some weight!!! I've tried to continue my core work and get some walks in. I've done pretty well this past week at lunch, cut back on the snacking after school, and have stayed snack-free after supper.
Stumbles: Weekends -- we eat poorly and a lot.
Goals: No snacks during snack time at school this week. Tough when it's sitting right in front of me, though!!! More water. More exercise. Lose at least 1 pound this week.
Weekly Update: Tina
Pounds Lost Over Two Weeks: 5
Percentage of Weight Loss: 6.13%
Strides: I took a walk almost every day this past week with Gizmo, and I started my Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD. The warm-up about kicked my butt, but I did part of it. I'm slowly easing my way into that. My muscles are sore, but I'm feeling good.
Stumbles: Cupcakes.
Goals for the week: We are having a lot of company this month, which usually means eating out and making big breakfasts. I want to make smart choices when out and not overeat, continue to work out and add strength training into my routine, and drink lots of water.
