Meal 1: Three scrambled eggs with sautéed onion and spinach, topped with salsa. Half avocado and five strawberries. The sweetness of the strawberries was amazing, and I purposefully left them to the end so I didn't overeat and fill up on those.
Meal 2: Leftover pork tenderloin with balsamic vinaigrette, sweet potatoes, and strawberries. I wasn't able to eat until almost 1 pm, and by then I was starving and had the start of a headache. Not long after lunch I was hit with a major sleepiness. Like, lay my head down on the table and take a quick nap sleepy. This isn't super unusual, but I feel like at this point I'm dissecting every single possible Whole30 related symptom as they happen. Overanalyze much? (Always.)
Meal 3: Salad with steak and dump ranch. Blech. The steak was tough and I waited too long to eat and was starving. I finished off the meal with a banana and strawberries. I know I'm eating too much fruit but I can't stop!
Workouts: 2 mile walk, leg circuit
General Mood & Thoughts: I could feel the hanger stage set in while waiting at the deli for chicken strips for Dave, McKenna, and Elaina. I was hungry and it took almost 20 minutes to get chicken strips that were premade. Seriously, how difficult is it to have more than one person working the deli counter?! At one point after dinner I had the thought that I didn't have the energy to speak to any person face-to-face so I left for the gym before I said something snarky to my innocent family. It was a good decision for all of us.
