Day 10 - Wednesday, May 10th

Meal 1:  Two fried eggs with roasted broccoli and a small banana.  I love roasted broccoli but I do not think I love it before 8 am.  Broccoli is not a breakfast food.

Meal 2:  Taco Salad.  Can I say that my favorite part of W30 lunches is that they have been kind of no-brainers since I seem to always have leftovers?    This coming from a girl who has a long history of despising leftovers.

Meal 3:  Grilled pork chops marinated in a dijon marinade, salad, and roasted broccoli.

Workout:  2.5 mile run, chest/tri circuit, and .5 mile arc trainer.  I felt strong day!

General Mood and Thoughts:  My mind feels clearer, I'm staying full between meals, and I'm tired when I should be and alert when I should be.  They say days 10 and 11 are the hardest, but if eating like this makes me feel like I do today then I can keep this going for more than 30 days.
