Day 9 - Tuesday, May 9th

Meal 1:  Two fried eggs, roasted potatoes, and strawberries.

Meal 2:  Leftover bruschetta chicken and zoodles with strawberries.  Rosati pizzas were brought in for Teacher Appreciation Week today and - my hand to God - I've never seen pizza look more delicious in my whole life.  It was torture seeing it and smelling it.

Meal 3:  Taco salad with salsa and guacamole.  The taco meat was seasoned with spices rather than my go-to Ortega packet.  I couldn't tell a difference but I won't lie. I was seriously missed some sour cream, cheese, and the crunch of some tortilla chips.

Workouts:  None.

General Mood & Thoughts:  I felt good again today.  Not nearly as sluggish as before W30 and even though I had time for a nap after school I didn't really feel like it was necessary so I fried some sausage patties for future breakfasts and vacuumed the porch instead.  According to the timeline Days 10 and 11 are usually the hardest for people and the point when most people quit.  I feel strong and don't see that being an issue.  I hope that I'm doing this thing right because so far, aside from how consuming of my thoughts and time it can be, it's been pretty easy.
