Weekly Weigh-In: Katie

  6. Strides & Stumbles: I haven't done anything that's good for me. Too much tail-gating, absolutely no exercising, I've basically been worthless. My only positive is that I've been so busy, I hardly have time to eat, so I'm still somehow losing weight. But I'm starting to feel lethargic and it's time to get my butt back into gear. I went to the gym tonight and ran 3 miles and it felt great!
  7. A weekly goal for yourself: Make it to the gym a couple of times to get some more runs in. Also, do some ab workouts, as my tummy is starting to feel a bit soft. Eat at least semi-healthy over the weekend. And NO BEER!
