Weekly Weigh-In: Katie

  6. Strides & Stumbles: Ugh. Only ran once... and it was not a good run. No yoga, no ab workouts. Ate lots of crap and drank an obscene amount of beer over the weekend... only lost a pound bc I've been too busy to eat since Sunday night. Bad week. Was lazy, didn't make time for running, and just lost motivation. This whole getting dark early thing is really screwing with me.
  7. A weekly goal for yourself: Do anything. I need to run a few times, and it'd be nice to get a run in during our visit to Mitch and Tina this weekend. I fear for what I'll eat in the Northlands as Tina always has goodies prepared. Honestly... I'll do whatever Gizmo tells me to do.
