Weekly Update: Toula

Strides: I thought I would stay the same weight, if not gain, after all I ate and drank this weekend. I did eat "better" this HD than in the past; I think I was more conscious of what I was consuming and not eating if I wasn't hungry. Apparently playing softball for 2 days, running behind a bar for 10.5 hours, and making countless trips up and down stairs with boxes in hand burns a lot of those unintended HD calories.
Stumbles: I drifted from P90X after the beginning of the week (the excitement of HD must have gotten to me.) I drank (much) more booze, pop and sugary lemon drinks than water.
A weekly goal for yourself: Drink more water. Use P90X as a study break every day.
