Weekly Update: The Mrs.

  1. Your starting weight: 137.2
  2. Your weight last week: 137.2
  3. Your current weight: 135.6
  4. Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 1.6
  5. Your percentage of total weight loss: 1.17%
  6. Strides & Stumbles: I've been committed to my workouts, getting in at least 20 minutes of exercise at least five days a week for the past two weeks. The scale doesn't really reflect the (small) changes I see when I look in the mirror, but I'm okay with that. If I can look good (and feel good) in my dress at our friends' wedding this weekend, does it really matter what the scale is reading? Although the exercising is going in the right direction my diet is not. I'm struggling with that part of Operation Less Jiggly all around.
  7. A weekly goal for yourself: Workout five days this week. More water. At least two fruits/veggies a day. Start daily ab routine (crunches, etc.). HEALTHIER EATING!
