Weekly Update: Katie

  1. Your starting weight: 140
  2. Your weight last week: 140
  3. Your current weight: 138
  4. Total pounds (or inches) lost to date: 2
  5. Your percentage of total weight loss: 1.43%
  6. Strides & Stumbles: Forced myself to make time for 2 runs this week... a solid 4 miles for one of them. Didn't make 3 runs, but 2 was ok. I didn't make it to yoga, BUT I did do a couple days of ab/core workouts, along with some light arm weights a few nights. I made an effort to eat healthier (although the Urbana Chili and Beer Fest didn't help... but man, it was good!), and drank more water at work instead of pop.
  7. A weekly goal for yourself: Same as last week - get in 3 runs, 3-4 miles each. Do yoga with Boston one morning. Do ab crap at least 3 days. I'd love to drop another couple of pounds.
