- Strides & Stumbles: I took 30 seconds off my best 5K time since having kids at the Harvest Days 5K! I'm very happy for that. It shows my dedication to getting up early even without anyone to bug me as well as a product of losing weight.
However, despite my best efforts, my mother is a good cook and I indulged too much while staying there the whole weekend. I need a plan for special occasion eating. Still lost weight this week, so it wasn't too bad. Also, the kids are all sick and so getting to the grocery store has been hard and we are low on healthy food in the house.
A weekly goal for yourself: Go to the store today for fresh fruits and veggies. Pick a new goal race. Take back my water bottle from my hubby.
